Do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes! We offer curbside pick up for all online orders. Please check your email confirmation for your pick up time before driving over.
When you arrive, please park in front of Bento’s entrance (look for signs) and call us @ 619-585-1111 and give us your first name for the order!
how do I pay for the order?
Please click on the blue cart icon on the upper right of the ordering form.
Clicking on the blue cart icon will take you to the checkout screen.
When is my order ready?
On weekdays, your order is ready for pickup 30 minutes after you placed your order.
On weekends and special holidays, it will take about 45 minutes.
You can also check your email confirmation for the time estimate.
During peak hours, your order may take longer to prepare. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
I called the restaurant and they said they don't see my order. What's going on?
There’s a small delay for your order to show up in our order system. As long as you got the email confirmation from oo@rmpos.com, we have received your order.
website says "OFFLINE," I can’t order!
If our online order form says “offline” during our business hours, that means our kitchen is currently overwhelmed with too many orders.
You can still place your order by calling us @ 619-585-1111. Please do understand that the wait time for your order will exceed 30 minutes.
It takes a lot of scrolling to get to what I want. Any tips?

what's your policy for order cancellations?
Typically, we begin preparing your order within 10 minutes of receiving it. If you wish to cancel your order, please understand that we will simply be forced to throw your food away.
Having said that, we accept order cancellations if you call us @ 619-656-1918 within 15 minutes of you placing it. You can check your order time in your email confirmation.
During peak hours, we may not be able to respond to you in time. Do not worry. We will honor your cancellation requests in these situations. However, it is best for you to call us about the cancellations the following day when we are less busy.
